| Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) |
A Restoration Advisory Board is a forum for citizens of local communities, representatives of a military installation, and regulatory agencies to discuss and exchange information about an environmental restoration program. The RAB conducts regular meetings, discusses issues, and reviews plans and reports. It gives citizens opportunities to participate in cleanup decisions. EPA-Department of Defense guidelines about RABs can be found on the EPA website or here. The Guidelines and Operating Procedures for the LHAAP RAB hve recently been updated (approved at the April 19, 2012 RAB meeting) and can be viewed here. Current RAB members for the LHAAP are:
