A Restoration Advisory Board is a forum for citizens of local communities, representatives of a military installation, and regulatory agencies to discuss and exchange information about an environmental restoration program. The RAB conducts regular meetings, discusses issues, and reviews plans and reports. It gives citizens opportunities to participate in cleanup decisions.
